This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by the Customers or persons who browse the Shop’s range of products.

Who we are

The online store of the Polish School of Alpinism available at https://videoworkshops.eu, TDMA is run by Mateusz Gutek, registered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG) kept by the Minister of Economy, NIP 547-209-30-17, REGON 242613778.

What personal data we process

The data collected from the user when registering or placing an order that is required to provide the product(s), or contact them if necessary. The data processed is: Name and surname, e-mail address, and, if optional, billing data.

The data administrator processes personal data in order to fulfill the order.

The data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.

Cookies

If you visit the site, we will create a temporary cookie to check whether your browser accepts the files. The cookie does not contain any personal information and will be deleted when you close your browser. Additional cookies may be associated with standard WordPress-based store functionality. They have information about the current session, which is deleted when you close the site.

While browsing the Store’s website, “Cookies” files are used, hereinafter referred to as Cookies, i.e. small text information that is stored on the end device in connection with the use of this website – their use is aimed at the proper functioning of the website.

How long do we store your data

For users who have registered on the website we store the personal information entered in the profile. Each user can view, correct or delete their personal information at any time (not including a user name that cannot be changed). Site administrators can also view and modify the information indicated.

Personal data may be processed for a period longer than indicated above, if required by mandatory legal regulations.

What rights to your data

If you have a user account or have added comments on this site, you may request that a file be delivered with the exported set of your personal data in our possession, including all the personal data provided by you. You may also request that we delete all your personal information in our possession. This does not apply to any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Legal basis for personal data processing

The Administrator processes data based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c), (f) of the RODO.

Personal data may be processed for a longer period than indicated above, if it is required by mandatory legal regulations.

What are your rights to your data

You have the right to:

  • obtain information on data processing, including the categories of data processed and possible recipients of data;
  • request the correction of incorrect data or the completion of incomplete data;
  • demand erasure of data – by objecting to its processing;
  • demand limitation of data processing – if the legal requirements justifying such limitation are met;
  • data transfer – by receiving the data in a format enabling its transfer to a third party selected by the User;
  • withdrawal of consent, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal,
  • to submit a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection ul. Stawki 2, 00 – 193 Warsaw – in case the data is found to be processed illegally.

How do we protect your data?

Out of concern for the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent data being made available to unauthorized persons. We control their execution and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts – RODO, the Act on Personal Data Protection (ustawa o ochronie danych osobowych), the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means (stawą o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną), as well as all kinds of executive acts and Community law (wszelkiego rodzaju aktami wykonawczymi oraz prawa wspólnotowego). The data are protected by technical and organizational means in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Administrator does not collect data from third parties or from commonly available sources and processes only data provided by you. The data will not be transferred to third parties or to third countries.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

In case of introducing changes to the Policy, the Data Administrator will inform the Users of this fact by publishing the changes on the website.

Change of the Administrator’s data or contact data does not require the Administrator to apply the procedure described in this paragraph. However, the Administrator is obliged to notify the Users of such changes.

Final provisions

The policy comes into force on the day of its publication on the website.

In matters not regulated by the Policy, relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
